Five highly motivated car editors and journalists fought intense but fair duels at the Grand Prix Zürich… without giving an inch.
For three hours, the battle for every tenth of a second was fought hard, with focus and real passion. The atmosphere was fantastic, the ambition was palpable and the fun factor was high.
After the race, complete with the customary podium ceremony, the day concluded in style with the legendary Audi S1 Quattro touring through the city of Zurich. A real highlight that also thrilled everyone involved. Compared to the Formula 1 car from 2004, the racers were only about 40 seconds slower.
Many thanks to the Blick team, it was great fun having you with us!

What an evening! The 9th edition of the Man’s Cave was a hit once again. We got to welcome plenty of new faces, and the atmosphere was as great as ever.
A special bravo goes to our three winners, warm congratulations to:
🥇 Liam Müller, who secured 1st place in the fastest group in an exciting duel with previous winner André Keller. He also set the fastest race lap across the entire event.
🥈 Chris Cantieni, the Man’s Cave veteran, in 1st place among the semi-professionals.
🥉 Remo Heitzmann, Man’s Cave newcomer and 1st place in the Rookie group!
We're already looking forward to the 10th anniversary Man’s Cave on 23 January 2026! It's going to be an awesome evening!

What a Formula One Paddock Party!
The third edition was once again a resounding success: 60 guests in great spirits, a fine multi-course flying dinner right in the middle of the ZÜRIRING Motodrom, tremendous beats from DJ Gianni, two racing ladies, a well-deserved winner on the podium, and an energetic atmosphere lasting late into the night. A picture is worth a thousand words! See for yourself.

🏁 Grand Prix Zürich 2024 – A Finale to Remember!
What a spectacular finale! The Grand Prix Zürich 2024 delivered suspense right up to the last corner, with thrilling duels, impressive times and genuine racing moments across all three categories. To let off a bit of steam in between, there was some fierce table football action. Emotions, reactions and reflexes already in top form!
Rookies – strong debut, strong nerves.
The young talents impressively showed that they are ready for more. Marcel Möckli secured first place in an exciting finish and, with it, the well-deserved bronze trophy – even with 20 kg of extra weight in the race car. Kevin Massini and Enzo Moser secured the well-deserved second and third places.
Semi-pros – Head-to-head duel with a clear decision
In the semi-pro class it was a close fight – but in the end Thomas Oblin secured a commanding win. In second place: his direct rival Patrick Büchler. Third place went to Remo Schmid.
Pros – High Tension to the Last Lap
Things got really dramatic among the professionals: last year’s Grand Prix Zürich title holder, Thomas Schmid, had to admit defeat to Yannick Möckli this time. With an impressive performance, Yannick deservedly claimed the gold cup – a race that will stay long in the memory of everyone present, thanks to his commanding driving skills. The title defender finished in a strong second place, just a few seconds behind. In third place was Beat Graf, who is firmly determined to claim the next gold cup for himself.
To finish off, a prize draw was held among all participants, ZÜRIRING customers and interested parties for the high-quality Maurice de Mauriac chronograph – an exclusive piece of Swiss watchmaking craftsmanship.
Nadia S. was celebrated as the lucky winner – warmest congratulations!
A fantastic evening at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom – with racing, emotion and strong personalities. We're already looking forward to the Grand Prix Zürich 2025.

Young Drivers give it full throttle – youth development experienced live
«As part of our young talent development programme, we were able to spend an unforgettable evening with our Young Drivers – in the ZÜRIRING Motodrom and at the Simcenter of the Lyss kart track.
On the virtual Bresse racetrack and in the Formula 4 racing car, nothing was held back. Commitment, ambition and pure racing feeling!
The lads gave it their all and impressed with genuine racing spirit.
The evening was rounded off with a delicious Zürcher Geschnetzeltes. A perfect finish to a strong event full of energy, team spirit and passion for racing.»
Christian Eichenberger – Communications & Marketing, Auto Sport Schweiz

8. Man's Cave! The popular men's event was once again a huge success, with numerous newcomers warmly welcomed by the old hands and instantly feeling at home. The mood and atmosphere in the man cave was once again unique!
As always, participants didn't know on which Formula 1 track the competition would take place. Racing and practice took place at Interlagos, before the field was split into three groups. Particularly impressive was the silence in the Motodrom as the fastest group battled it out for the trophy – a race at the highest level. Newcomer André came, saw and conquered – securing first place! Liam was the fastest driver of the evening and was rewarded for his performance with the book «50 YEARS OF FORMULA ONE» by Rainer Schlegelmilch. Had he not made a slip-up while in the lead, he would surely have driven the win home.
When all the drivers crossed the finish line, the silence in the Motodrom broke into applause – a sign of great appreciation for the drivers and the fair competition.
The ZÜRIRING team with Marc and Medi once again did a fantastic job, and the traditional ZÜRIRING veal ragout went down so well with the hungry gentlemen that portions will have to be increased for the ninth edition!

Recently, the ZÜRIRING Motodrom transformed into a racing arena of a special kind: Ladies Night, organised by Claudia for her friends, as she used the evening to belatedly celebrate not only her birthday but also her passion for racing.
It was clear from the moment you stepped into the Motodrom: the charming and cheerful ladies hadn't just come to celebrate and chat! With full ambition and broad smiles on their faces, they took the wheel. The atmosphere? Fantastic! There was laughter, cheering and excitement – every corner, every best time delivered pure adrenaline. And some of the racers set impressive lap times on the old 1960 Silverstone circuit!
Alongside the sporting ambition, one thing above all took centre stage: having fun together, reviving old memories and creating new, unforgettable moments. The camaraderie among the ladies and the atmosphere at ZÜRIRING made the evening a real highlight. And, of course, the ZÜRIRING team also went all out to look after the guests and ensure perfect organisation, right up until 3am!
A big thank-you to Claudia for her enthusiasm for ZÜRIRING – and to all the ladies who showed that Simracing is no longer purely a man's world!

Legends Magazine recently invited guests to a special event at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom, which delighted classic car fans and motorsport enthusiasts alike. The arrival was just as befitting: meeting point in Zurich's Seefeld, participants arrived from Garage Space AG in fine classics such as the iconic Porsche 356. The sight of these automotive legends alone was enough to make hearts beat faster.
The next highlight of the day awaited in the virtual world of racetracks. After a brief introduction, all guests got the hang of the simulators remarkably quickly. With great enthusiasm and a dash of ambition, the participants fought thrilling duels. Particularly impressive: the ladies also took off with confidence and full throttle, proving they were every bit as fast and precise as the gentlemen.
By the end of the day, everyone's enthusiasm was palpable – a mix of nostalgic flair and modern racing experience had swept the Legends Magazine guests along in equal measure. Naturally, the departure was just as stylish: the ladies, with their better halves in the passenger seat, bid farewell in style from behind the wheel of their elegant Porsche 356s, rounding off the event with a glamorous send-off.

What a season opener! A fantastic atmosphere and racing at its finest – that was the 1st ZR Afterwork Racing „🇳🇱 Zandvoort Formula 1 Cup“ with 15 motivated participants.
The race took place on the legendary and demanding track in the dunes of Zandvoort – a real highlight for motorsport fans. In the Lotus Formula 1 cars, the racers fought lap after lap for victory.
The tension was palpable right up to the chequered flag. Especially in the faster group, the two youngsters Yannick and Beat fought a gripping head-to-head race. Not an inch was given away – neither in Zandvoort nor at the virtual Grand Prix Zürich!
An event that leaves you wanting more and perfectly captured the racing spirit of ZÜRIRING. We're already looking forward to the next round on 7 January 2025.

Roger Diserens, managing director of Kissling Wholesale GmbH: "The Christmas dinner at ZÜRIRING far exceeded all expectations! It's already being called the best Christmas dinner ever."
This feedback fills us with great joy and pride! Particularly remarkable was the initial scepticism of the staff of the renowned fashion wholesaler for the Street One and CECIL brands, which was represented with an impressive 80% share of women. Before entering the Motodrom, simracing was seen as a purely male domain. But the enthusiasm and joy that ultimately took hold of everyone shows that simracing knows no gender boundaries.
The captivating footage from the evening speaks for itself, and Roger Diserens's personal praise confirms it: the Christmas dinner was a complete success! ZÜRIRING has once again proven that it's the perfect location for extraordinary corporate events – an experience that all the ladies and gentlemen will remember for a long time to come.

Once a month, friends from the old days get together to chat, eat and drink well. This time their path led to the ZÜRIRING Motodrom – and the evening was all about racing!
The fun and enjoyment were huge and the conversations about cornering and braking technique were intense – the last gentlemen left the Motodrom at 2.30 am. Perhaps the motto for the future will be: chat, eat, drink well – and race… at least once a year.

The Man's Cave has since become a real insider tip among gentlemen and motorsport enthusiasts! For the seventh time already, 24 racers came together to contest an exciting race at Brands Hatch in the iconic Formula 1 car from 2004. Strangers became friends, and the sons have long since joined in with full enthusiasm too.
The 8th Man's Cave is already fully booked. As always, however, the international Formula 1 racetrack in the Motodrom will only be announced shortly before the event – a "creative" solution designed to build suspense and competition. Adrenaline, motorsport, friendship and fine dining at their very best!

On the road to the international motorsport elite!
«Ever since my childhood, I've dreamed of racing. From an early age, I was fascinated by the world of speed and the competitive spirit, which drove me to win the Swiss Champion title in karting four times. In 2019, I was able to win the Young Driver Challenge – the biggest and most significant talent search in Swiss motorsport from 2017 to 2019 – for myself. This success opened the doors to international motorsport for me.
Today I race at the highest level in the LMP3 and GT3 racing series. My big goal: the 24 Hours of Le Mans as a factory driver. Like no other racing event, Le Mans embodies the myth and history of endurance motorsport.
To wrap up a successful 2024 season, I invited my sponsors to an event at the Züriring Motodrom – an exclusive racing venue perfectly suited for events, corporate functions, team building and parties. In a relaxed atmosphere, we celebrated a successful year together and kicked off new challenges.
Would you like to join me on my journey to the top of international motorsport and become part of this exciting adventure as a marketing partner? Then secure your exclusive gift voucher now for a session on high-tech racing simulators at the Züriring Motodrom – including personal coaching from me. The perfect time to get started together is now!»

Yours, Julien Apothéloz

A friendly group of friends gave it their all at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom. Various circuits such as Monza and Spa were put to the test. The Porsche GT3 and our ZÜRIRING formula racer, with the same characteristics as a 2004 Formula 1 car, were also thoroughly tested. The friends had a huge amount of fun along the way. Especially on the circuit through Zurich, they battled it out in an intense qualifying and race right to the end, giving nothing away. Afterwards, a night out in Zurich – sometimes right at the track itself – provided the perfect end to the day.

The second edition of the Formula One Paddock Party was also a resounding success! The evening was filled with loud noise – but not from roaring Formula 1 engines, rather from the lively, animated conversations among the guests, so much so that even our dream dancers' moves were forgotten. The mood stayed excellent right to the end, and at 1.30am the last guests headed home with plenty of fond memories. The third edition is planned for June 2025 – we're already looking forward to it and will do everything we can to make sure no one misses the dance floor this time!

Ever thought about sending off an apprentice after they've successfully qualified, or a hard-working intern, with an exhilarating group race? Wettstein Bau AG did exactly that, giving their diligent intern Eric a send-off on his last day that he won't forget in a hurry. The atmosphere was fantastic!

Great kick-off at the Afterwork Racing & ACS Simracing club evening! 16 racers – the youngest, by the way, just 11 years old and hugely talented – delivered a thrilling race and challenged the other race centres. While one group gave it their all on the racing simulators, the other group watched the action unfold with excitement on all the monitors in the Motodrom. All participants also had the chance to set their best lap time on the GRAND PRIX ZÜRICH free of charge and are now automatically entered into the competition as well as the prize draw for a GRAND PRIX ZÜRICH chronograph by Maurice de Mauriac. At the end, there was a small award ceremony in the ZÜRIRING-Motodrom for the best lap times on the Hockenheimring.
Next race:
Tuesday, 2 April 2024, from 5.30pm to 8.00pm.

The GRAND PRIX ZÜRICH 2023 is history, and preparations for the 2nd edition are already in full swing! The premiere, along with the open days on 3 and 4 November 2023 and 19 to 21 January 2024, was a resounding success – 220 sim racers competed on the racetrack through Zurich, battling it out on the fast circuit through the Limmat city.
Over 100 enthusiastic spectators cheered along and felt right at home at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom.
Great prizes were up for grabs in the following three categories: Rookie, Semi-Pro and Pro. We're delighted that third place among the Rookies went to Melanie Foitek, granddaughter of racing legend and Ferrari dealer the late Karl Foitek and niece of former Formula 1 driver Gregor Foitek. The winner in the «Pro» category of the first edition of the GRAND PRIX ZÜRICH is five-time Swiss Simracing champion Thomas Schmid! Professional racing driver Julien Apothéloz, who still holds the best lap time of 1:36.542 in the Ferrari, had a bit of bad luck in the race, as did Jean-Luc D'Auria of Emil Frey Racing. He set the fastest lap of the race with 1:38.077 in the Lotus. The Lotus is a touch slower than the Ferrari.
A big thank-you goes to Andreas Püntener, who as 3D designer and game programmer worked tirelessly on the creation of the track. And to Konrad from SIM TRAXX, who specialises internationally in the professional construction of laser-scanned circuits and, together with his team and Andreas, programmed the racetrack through Zurich.
Anticipation for the next edition of the GRAND PRIX ZÜRICH is already palpable, and we can hardly wait to experience breathtaking races and thrilling moments once again!

When a fantastic, young-at-heart grandma invites her children, grandchildren and siblings along with their partners, there’s no way round the ZÜRIRING. It was a wonderful evening with a fantastic atmosphere that lasted well into the night. Motivated ladies, who this time weren’t strolling along the Bahnhofstrasse but racing towards Paradeplatz at over 300 km/h in a Formula 1 car, created unforgettable moments. And the gentlemen kept outdoing each other with ever better lap times. It was huge fun – thank you so much, dear Carmen!

An exciting competition took place on 3 and 4 November 2023, as part of the open days celebrating IMAG's 100th anniversary and ZÜRIRING's 2nd anniversary. The Motodrom was buzzing with excitement, accompanied by exquisite culinary delights from Sternengrill, and running the qualifying sessions through Zurich's city centre was an unforgettable experience!
Professional and GT racing driver Jean-Luc D’Auria delivered an impressive performance with an unbeatable time of 1:37.731 on the 5.8 km racetrack through Zurich city centre. His pursuers were more than 2 seconds slower, underlining his outstanding driving skill.
The evening was crowned by the fantastic racing party, held under the motto «Race und Dance».
Look forward to 19 January 2024, when qualifying continues. The highlight takes place on Sunday, 21 January 2024, when we call up the grand final in the Pro, Semi-Pro and Rookie categories! It promises to be another thrilling motorsport event that will delight all racing fans.

What an incredible 1st Formula One Paddock Party! The atmosphere was fantastic, everyone was full of anticipation and energy. And the ladies? Not only were they wonderfully and elegantly sporty dressed, but also incredibly keen to take part in the races. Female quota? A brilliant 50%!
A Friday evening doesn't get any better! Everyone enjoyed the atmosphere and the exciting conversations. There was an irresistible mix of passion and fun that swept us all along. The enthusiasm was almost tangible and infectious. Everything was spot on — a big thank you also to the ZÜRIRING team and chef Antimo, who once again conjured up a perfect ZÜRIRING veal ragout with the best tagliatelle al dente. The culinary finale came with delicious tiramisu and a generous cheese platter! Nothing was missing.
It was an unforgettable evening full of happy moments and great memories.

The first Grand Prix in Formula 1 history took place on 13 May 1950 at Silverstone. It was a Saturday race, as English King George VI held his Sunday rest «sacred».
Exactly 74 years later, the virtual race took place on the old circuit of the former military airfield in the ZÜRIRING Motodrom.
An unforgettable evening is behind us! The atmosphere was once again unique, as the gentlemen continually raised their game while racing on the storied, fast track. The times were extremely close. The racers were never bored – during breaks there were always lively conversations about lap times, precise braking points, close observation of their rivals, as well as spirited games of pinball on the Mario Andretti pinball machine. And the food? It was exquisite! From Antimo's delicate starters to the ZÜRIRING classic – veal strips in a whisky cream sauce – including a fine cheese selection, our palates were thoroughly spoiled.
The next Man’s Cave on 22 September 2023 is already fully booked. Proof of just how much this wonderful experience is valued and sought after. Many thanks also to the ZÜRIRING team, we were looked after brilliantly!

„There are thousands of young lads who can drive faster than me. But I sit in a Ferrari.“ (Niki Lauda).
That's roughly how we felt at our sales team event too. There, we got to experience thrilling duels in the Ferrari F2004 on the legendary racetrack in Spa.
We all clearly had a great time and were quite worn out after our training and race.
Thanks to AMAG Uster's excellent sales performance, we were able to plan and run this great event together with Zurich Insurance. Many thanks to Tom Mächler and his team at Züriring for the perfect preparation of the evening, thanks also to Aydemir Demir for taking part, and of course to the strong sales team at Amag Automobil – und Motoren AG Uster.
Keep it up!
Dennis Rabe, Managing Director AMAG Uster

St. Moritz and the Engadin have always been a melting pot of discerning automotive cultures north and south of the Alps. As every year, Passione Engadina celebrates the highlights of Italian motoring in the birthplace of alpine winter tourism — the 12th edition is dedicated to Lancia.
The 2nd PE Championship at the Autodromo Nationale Monza was somewhat trickier for participants than Silverstone had been in the first edition. The Variante del Rettifilo at the end of the start-finish straight was the big challenge. Getting it right wasn't always easy, even for lovers of classic Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Fiat, Lancia and Maserati cars. But the more laps, the more the routine set in.
At the awards ceremony, PE founder Paolone Spalluto personally sang the Italian national anthem «Il Canto Degli Italiani»! Fantastico e molte grazie!

Right on time for the start of the Formula 1 season in Bahrain, the third edition of the Man's Cave took place at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom. Many new faces joined in, and with 24 racers the field was once again full. For the racing event, ZÜRIRING brought in the young talent Justin Schmöller for automotive photography.
Different generations went head-to-head on the virtual track in Bahrain and gave no quarter! Also on hand were two top sim racers, who were over 5 seconds faster on track than the rest. But with 1:36 times, many repeat competitors and newcomers alike were sensationally quick — congratulations to Dani and Moritz for their 1:31 times, and to Alessandro, Beat, Chris, Roger, Marco, Oliver, Pablo and Rainer for their 1:36 laps. Pietro even managed a 1:34 time — talent all round!
There was once again a fantastic atmosphere at the ZÜRIRING-Motodrom, a real man cave! The stroganoff was excellent, beer, wine, cheese platter, gelatos — nothing was missing. We're already looking forward to the 4th edition! This time, however, the Formula 1 course will once again be a surprise.
The ZÜRIRING team, with new race director and coach Marc as well as Päde and Corinne, also did a great job, many thanks!

Edoardo came up with something special for his birthday: 16 smart ladies and lads enjoyed the ultimate racing party at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom – the birthday event couldn’t have been better. The cigar lounge and the two high tables were perfect for watching the competition’s pace during breaks or while the races were on. And our ZÜRIRING Geschnetzeltes with tagliatelle and vegetables, which has since become a classic, was a huge hit with all the guests. ZÜRIRING stands for fun, enjoyment and competition, as well as convivial get-togethers!
Thank you and happy birthday, dear Edoardo!

The bachelor party season can begin! Travelling all the way from Eastern Switzerland to celebrate a cool stag do at the ZÜRIRING-Motodrom, the warm-up programme was perfect for the good-humoured group. A brilliant atmosphere — bachelor Cédric and the guys had a blast!
Well «fuelled up» – thanks to the delicious Apéro Riche from Steiner Beck and our chef Antimo, the group headed into the city after the event and a few more stops besides.

Want to fit out your own mobile holiday home to suit your needs? For over 30 years, Garage Mettlenbach AG from Mönchaltorf has been finding the perfect travel companion for its customers and offers a wide range of conversion and service work in its workshop.
Holding this year's Christmas event at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom was the right decision. A high proportion of racing-mad ladies and highly motivated racers from the caravan dealership got the atmosphere going full swing. A truly successful evening with Antimo's famous Zurich-style veal ragout and satisfied guests came to a close in the late hours.

At PLANZER there's always something going on! This time again at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom. The IT department, with over 50 specialists, got together for the second time. From 5pm to 9pm there was racing, chatting, laughing and enjoying Antimo's antipasti and pizzas.
Planzer Transport AG, with over 5’000 employees, is a big family with fantastic staff, and once again our ZÜRIRING team got to witness this with great pleasure. Fantastic atmosphere right to the end!

Allpura – Swiss Association of Cleaning Companies. The seal of quality for clean work. Since 1966! Allpura upholds and promotes the ideal and economic interests within the Swiss cleaning industry.
The ZÜRIRING team had the honour of running the event for 30 guests invited by the Allpura Zurich section. The atmosphere was buzzing right from the start. Not only was the Emerson Cigar Lounge put to good use, all the racing simulators were also hard at work all afternoon on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit. Meanwhile, the World Cup football match could be followed live on various monitors.
An incredibly relaxed event with a fantastic atmosphere right to the end!

CAT Financial Products AG is one of the leading independent Swiss providers of investment solutions and technologies in the structured products market. Since 2008, it has offered optimal solutions to asset managers, banks and institutional investors via one of the most innovative service and technology platforms.
Work first, then pleasure: the business event at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom consisted of meetings, strategy discussions, team bonding, competition and fun. A resounding success – the specialists' footage shows how modern-day meetings are held today.

The second edition of the Man’s Cave and ZR Championship was held this time in Imola, at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari. 24 highly motivated racers set great times on the demanding track. Practice and qualifying took place in the first part of the evening, followed by a fine dinner from our Swiss Guest Award-winning chef Antimo.
Afterwards, participants were divided into three groups according to their times: always personal bests in training and qualifying
raced, and the overall winner was Severin, who was also Man of the Race. Warm congratulations, Severin – the Grand Prix Original Sneakers and the Schlegelmilch book «50 Years of Formula 1 Photography» are well deserved!
Tough competition, good company, friendships, fine cuisine, wine and cigar enjoyment, and lots of fun – it wrapped up at 2am. Once again, it was a fantastic evening!

On 19 October the first Afterwork Racing took place in the ZÜRIRING-Motodrom. A complete success for everyone involved, the next Afterwork will take place on 29 November 2022. Up to 21 participants are warmly welcome!

Häusermann Gartenbau AG from Bergdietikon is a dynamic, high-performing landscaping company that has served its discerning and loyal clientele since 1978.
Three generations of the Häusermann family, together with their loyal staff, treated themselves to a lovely evening at ZÜRIRING. Even the (grand)daughters got to join in, thanks to the babysitter's last-minute cancellation. Racing on dad's lap, watching over grandma's shoulder, taking instructions from mum and sending the ball flying on the pinball machine – what a special Friday experience! Racing wrapped up at 11.30pm, and according to company owner Stefan Häusermann, the lap times were still a big talking point among his delighted staff days later. That's how it should be – thank you very much!

On 30 September, we had the pleasure of running an event for the entire afternoon for the Gipser- und Malergenossenschaft Zürich GMGZ. With almost 50 participants, it was quite a challenge for us too – alongside racing on our racing simulators, there were additional competitions at the table football and pinball machines, as well as on our exhibition simulator set on the old 1966 Monza racetrack.
The delicious trio of pasta dishes disappeared in no time, and the mood was cheerful and upbeat all day long. Many thanks to the cooperative founded in 1909 for coming along – the ZÜRIRING team had a great time too!

We warmly welcome our long-standing IMAG customer, Flück AG! Flück Holzbau was founded in Zurich in 1947. It specialises in the production and construction of timber structures and timber buildings using state-of-the-art infrastructure.
The atmosphere on Saturday lunchtime was fantastic — after training, all participants were already confidently tackling Eau Rouge in Spa and well prepared for the races. The corporate event got off to a successful start at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom, and afterwards continued at the company headquarters, where management served up a delicious barbecue.
Since the very beginning, we have had the pleasure of supplying Flück AG with our batteries – many thanks for the trust you've placed in us!

The first edition of Man’s Cave and ZR Championship on the fast track of Spa-Francorchamps was a blast! Pure competition and real racing – the battling, cheering, fine dining and lots of laughter went on into the early hours. Cheering, clapping and swapping tips from the spectator stand. What an experience it was to watch the practice sessions, qualifying and races live on the big monitors. Half of the gentlemen drivers didn’t know each other beforehand, yet the ZÜRIRING Motodrom has a way of forging camaraderie and friendships. Pictures speak louder than words – see for yourself!
Next time it's off to Imola and the old Monza circuit with its two steep banked curves.

Bank Vontobel is a globally active investment house founded in 1924 and headquartered in Zurich. Vontobel specialises in comprehensive wealth management for private clients and institutional investors.
The Wealth Management team of the renowned bank got together at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom. We're delighted by the high proportion of women and the motivation among all participants – the atmosphere was buzzing right from the start. Naturally there was plenty to talk about after the summer break, but the well-drilled team gave each other no quarter out on the track! After the first practice and qualifying rounds, three types of pasta were served, so everyone lined up for the race well fed.
It was huge fun to be able to run the event for the team – we're looking forward to the partnership with the traditional Zurich bank, thank you!

For 150 years, Continental has been developing innovative, safe and sustainable products for its customers. Almost every third car in Europe runs on Conti tyres. These quality tyres offer maximum control over the vehicle on every road surface and in every weather condition.
Several old and rare Conti enamel signs are on display at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom. The German tyre manufacturer supplied Mercedes-Benz and Cooper from 1954 to 1958. In 1954 and 1955, the Silver Arrows became world champions on Continental tyres.
We are delighted that the management of Continental Suisse SA raced over lunch alongside a three-course pasta meal, duly celebrating the sales manager's milestone birthday. The competition fought hard, and afterwards the main race was analysed in great detail by all competitors on the big screen.

The IT specialists at Planzer Transport AG duly celebrated the farewell of their highly valued manager, who is also a big Formula 1 fan. Our eight racing simulators ran at full speed all afternoon, and the atmosphere was, once again, fantastic, just like at every other Planzer event.
Planzer has a strongly family-oriented corporate culture, and it's a great pleasure to run events and functions for Switzerland's largest family-owned logistics provider!

TBO Treuhand AG – active in the trust and fiduciary sector for over 50 years – has the experience and expertise to successfully support companies and private individuals in all trust and audit matters. It specialises in advising companies, entrepreneurs and private individuals alike.
A fantastic atmosphere, fast ladies and a high proportion of women, plus numerous head-to-head duels, made the evening special. All participants followed the action on the monitors with great excitement. Many thanks to the trust experts for coming!

Cheers! How great to see the friends welcome the future groom with such an original setup! Once again we got to put together the warm-up programme for a stag do for a great bunch of guys.
As you can tell, the atmosphere was fantastic – the perfect way to kick off an eventful stag do!

The best man Daniel «Ray-Dan» Baudraz of Sulzer Beschriftungen AG couldn't have had a more original welcome on the screens! It set the mood in the Motodrom for a perfect stag do — the guys did everything right! On the track, no one gave an inch: wild overtaking manoeuvres at Spa-Francorchamps in the 2004 Schumi F1, the odd (mass) crash, relaxed lap-time chat over a well-earned beer during the breaks, and meticulous analysis of the competition's times for even better race results.
The best of friends had a great time, and with adrenaline levels running high, they headed out afterwards. Which clubs were kept on their toes into the early hours, however, we can't say! 😉
By the way: Sulzer Beschriftungen AG foiled all our display cases and, under Daniel’s guidance, did an outstanding job!

For cool dads and adrenaline-charged lads! When seniors want to give their juniors a great Saturday programme, there's no getting around the ZÜRIRING🏁 Motodrom. This racing-loving group tried something exciting: the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps in Schumi's F2004, then in Ayrton Senna's MP4/4, which is 16 years older and, without traction control, much harder to drive. Look forward to our upcoming offer «When father and son take to the track!»

With the Renault brand, the generously designed tyre hotel and the newly built workshop, Garage Hagenbuch AG and its reliable team run a business centre in Oberlunkhofen that caters to the wishes of all customers.
We thank our long-standing IMAG customer as well as Carrosserie Brem AG, a body shop and paint workshop committed to the highest quality, for their trust and for the great, relaxed atmosphere in the ZÜRIRING Motodrom!
The competitive spirit and will to win kicked in quickly among all participants. A special treat once again: watching the qualifying and races of your rivals on all the screens at the various stations in the Motodrom.

The third edition of our presentation events was very well received by the various companies. The next presentations will take place in June 2022.
Joining in this time were:

A friendly visit from the canton of Glarus! 27 staff members, including the owner, of Garage Auto Sauter AG in Netstal found their way to the ZÜRIRING Motodrom.
Family-owned since 1921, the renowned traditional garage has always looked after the wellbeing of its long-standing customers and loyal staff. And finally, a bit of a female quota once again: the ladies gave no quarter and, alongside tough racing, had plenty to laugh about too — the mood among all participants was fantastic.
Right on the stroke of midnight, our thoroughly satisfied guests headed off towards Zigerschlitz with broad smiles for a well-earned weekend – thank you so much for coming!

Yves Raggl, investment advisor at the renowned and internationally active Zurich private bank Vontobel AG and partner of ZÜRIRING, invited his friends for a flying visit! As you can see: the guys had a blast and challenged each other to compete non-stop all evening!

Various companies with long-standing IMAG customers and interested guests took part in the presentation events in the second week. It's incredible how quickly everyone connected with one another. The pictures say more than a thousand words!
Team Spirit = Niki Hasler AG = Ferrari Top Dealer 2021! What a great bunch! The Ferrari specialists for new and classic sports cars bearing the prancing horse, along with the marketing and sales professionals of the Ferrari dealer in Basel, enjoyed an entertaining team event at the ZÜRIRING-Motodrom!
It was fights and sweat on the Mugello Circuit in the Schumi Ferrari F2004 right to the end! In between, the Ferrari racers tried out various tracks and Ferrari models on the high-end simulator, but the most fun of all was the Formula 1 from 2004.
The table football table «Karratsch & Co. vs. ZÜRIRING» was put to heavy use during breaks and had to be reset time and again amid the racers' adrenaline-fuelled enthusiasm.
At last a lady has made it onto the podium, warm congratulations Marina! Nonetheless, the proportion of women in the Motodrom needs to increase! The beaming and deserving winner is Francesco, intern at Niki Hasler and son of Passione Engadina founder Paolo Spalluto!
It was an incredible amount of fun spending the evening with you all, many thanks, your ZÜRIRING team.
