🏁 Grand Prix Zürich 2024 – A Finale to Remember!
What a spectacular finale! The Grand Prix Zürich 2024 delivered suspense right up to the last corner, with thrilling duels, impressive times and genuine racing moments across all three categories. To let off a bit of steam in between, there was some fierce table football action. Emotions, reactions and reflexes already in top form!
Rookies – strong debut, strong nerves.
The young talents impressively showed that they're ready for more. Marcel Möckli secured first place in an exciting finish, and with it the well-deserved bronze trophy - even carrying 20 kg of extra weight in the racing car. Kevin Massini and Enzo Moser claimed the well-earned second and third places.
Semi-pros – Head-to-head duel with a clear decision
In the semi-pro class it was a close fight – but in the end Thomas Oblin secured a commanding win. In second place: his direct rival Patrick Büchler. Third place went to Remo Schmid.
Pros – High Tension to the Last Lap
Things got really dramatic among the professionals: last year’s Grand Prix Zürich title holder, Thomas Schmid, had to admit defeat to Yannick Möckli this time. With an impressive performance, Yannick deservedly claimed the gold cup – a race that will stay long in the memory of everyone present, thanks to his commanding driving skills. The title defender finished in a strong second place, just a few seconds behind. In third place was Beat Graf, who is firmly determined to claim the next gold cup for himself.
At the end, the raffle for the high-quality Maurice de Mauriac chronograph – an exclusive piece of Swiss watchmaking – was drawn among all participants, ZÜRIRING customers and prospective customers.
Nadia S. was celebrated as the lucky winner – congratulations!
A fantastic evening at the ZÜRIRING Motodrom – with racing, emotion and strong personalities. We're already looking forward to the Grand Prix Zürich 2025.
