Ferrari BB 512

At its debut at the 1976 Paris Motor Show, the 512 BB was fitted with the 5-litre version of the 12-cylinder boxer engine. The new powertrain was an enormous success. The engine delivered the same output at lower revs, better torque, and smoother power delivery than the previous version in the 365 GT4 BB. The Pininfarina-designed body differed only slightly from the previous model. Some changes, however, were not purely aesthetic, but also made the car more elegant and helped cool the engine more effectively.
