Maserati 2000 Gran Turismo

The experience gained with the successful 2000 Sport went into a small-series GT vehicle with increased performance for a select clientele. Its 150 hp gave the 1954 Gran Turismo 2000 the true GT performance that its predecessor somewhat lacked. It was offered in the sales brochure in four different bodywork variants, including coupé and Spyder designs by Frua and a more formal coupé design by Allemano.
