Aston Martin V8 Vantage

The V8 Vantage is the base model of the Vantage range and is the production version of the Aston Martin AMV8 Vantage Concept presented in 2005; the roadster followed in 2007. The 4.3-litre V8 is based on Jaguar's AJ-V8 engine, which was completely reworked for Aston Martin and produces 283 kW (385 bhp) in the V8 Vantage. This propels both the coupé and the roadster from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.0 seconds, with a top speed of 280 km/h for both versions.
