The Spider 275 / GTS was, in its day, the first and only convertible in the Ferrari range. The chassis, based on experience from the 1964 GT racing season, and the engine, identical to those that had most recently competed gloriously in major races such as the 24 Hours of Le Mans and the 1000 km Nürburgring, combine with Pininfarina's luxurious design to form the ultimate concept of an open-top sports car.
